I have a developed a five step process to create CEO mastery.

1. Sharpening your Leadership Edge by Crafting your Unique style of Leadership.
   • Transition from expert / manager / founder to become the leader you know are capable of being.
   • Shaping a team around you that play to your strengths, with complimentary, not conflicting super powers.
2. Doing What Needs to be Done whilst embracing fear
   • Understanding that Imposter Syndrome is a feature and not a bug. Using that to elevate your leadership, if it isn’t scary it’s not bold enough.
   • Making big moves: investment, acquisition, strategy, divestiture, restructure, dramatic growth.
   • Making the hard but important people choices in the senior leadership team and across the organisation.
3. True Clarity
   • From clarity comes an ease of communication, from an ease of communication comes confidence from confidence comes action.
   • We will dramatically up-level your presence both when you are in the room and most importantly when you are not.
4. Greatness from you into the company DNA
   • You know you can’t be the sole driving force behind success and you must resist the urge as that’s the shortcut to burnout.
   • Great is simply being good consistently. We define good across all parts of your business then systemise it into the company DNA, we build consistency.
5. It Starts and Ends with Humility
   • All business challenges are human challenges.
   • You’ll see beneath the surface level conversation and people dynamic. Rather than dealing with symptoms you deal with root causes creating a high performing organisation.
