Translating Culture into Guidance

That SOUNDS a lot easier than it is… and often it’s the hardest thing to pick apart.

Because at it’s essence, we’re translating emotions into actions… and those two parts of our brain don’t play ball nicely together!

It’s got to be broken into fine detail.

If you leave it too vague, as a definition, people will interpret it the way they want to.

But as David says here… maybe it’s more sensible to look at the ACTIONS that we’d look for, and then build the definition from them?

Thoughts?
