Homework
- Collect expectations, spend time in meetings, calls and interactions spotting expectations. Get better at expectation catching. Try this for a few weeks.
- Once you get good at spotting expectations, it’s time to turn them into agreements. eg “I heard you say xxxx, shall we agree to…”
- The more you do this, the more others around you will do the same
- Share the audio clip to others to change behaviour across the organisation
