Working with an Assistant
Here’s a list of tasks my assistant handles, along with regular progress updates.
Delegation takes practice. It’s a muscle.
Agencies I’ve worked with:
- Pearl Talent www.pearltalent.com
- Liruss VA www.liruss.co.uk
Pearl Talent: Experienced, proactive offshore assistants ready to take work off your hands. Full-time support offering exceptional skills and reliability.
Liruss Virtual Business Services: Based in the UK, Liruss offers assistants who are ideal for those new to working with virtual support. While they may need a bit more guidance, they provide a solid starting point at affordable rates, starting from £450 per month for 10 hours of support. A more reactive approach allows you to test out having an assistant before committing to full-time help. My experience with a Liruss assistant gave me the confidence to eventually invest in full-time support.
