2. FlywheelUnderstand how well commercial, product, financial, and operational functions reinforce each other.Expose bias, imbalance, or destructive conflict that slows progress.
3. RhythmExamine how the team meets and makes decisions.Test if your meetings are for alignment and decision — not updates — and whether strategic and operational cycles stay on track.
