Direct, 1:2:1 support to increase your impact. I coach like a coach, helping you move forward, always supporting you, challenging you when needed.
We’ll look at how you work with the teams reporting to you, with the senior leadership team as well as planning the strategic, business and technical aspects of the products and services you manage.
Alongside that we can look at performance measurements, people skills, speaking and presentation skills as well as strategic planning, business and technical know-how.
My background is working with high impact, internet businesses, from start-up to scale-up to multinational enterprise. I’m a sage, experienced, sounding board. I know when to challenge and when to support; always with a positive, happy outlook. My deep, practical know-how on running successful tech business is at your disposal. More on my experience.
We start with a call. We chat through your current challenges. We look at objectives and measurements and then together we develop an approach and a proposal with a range of options.
Once we get started we’ll have regular coaching sessions on Zoom / Teams then unlimited emails whenever you need them. Initially, we look for quick wins and rapid results and then move to future planning and skills development.
We’ll follow a cycle of situation appraisal in the context of your goals, generate and evaluate approaches, action plan, execution and then feedback and reflection. Always moving forward, learning and improving.
