I’m pleased to have been asked to present the next UX Bootcamp on Cognitive Psychology. The idea behind UX Bootcamp is to offer practical training for UX professionals.
I’ll be working on the structure with Leisa Reichelt (the organiser of UX Bootcamp) over the next few weeks. But briefly over the 2 days we’ll cover:
- Perception (and how it relates to design)
- Memory (how experience relate to the now)
- Reasoning / problem solving / attention (getting user’s through and to do what you want them to do)
- Emotion & communication (creating a meaningful experience)
