Internet World Social Networks: should you build your own or take advantage of an existing one

A good question. My talk at Internet World evaluates the two options.

Last week was a busy one. Berlin and Richmond for some large scale remote user testing and squeezed in between was Internet World.

One of main points was to listen to the chatter on twitter and facebook. I was doing the same through my talk and had some great feedback from people.
